All 2, 3, 4 and 5 year olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes downtown library for stories, music, singing, fingerplays and a take-home craft.  This half-hour program is designed to introduce young children to the joys of reading, and to encourage parents/caregivers to read with their children at home.   The program is free and does not require registration.
