Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos
Always great to have in the freezer to ensure we eat a healthy breakfast instead of the kids scraps!
You could really put whatever you wanted in them. This time I did onion, potatoes, ham, peppers, eggs & cheddar cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. I used a healthish* wrap. I get the “Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Wraps” from Sam’s Club.
For Reheating — this is the tricky part because if you don’t reheat them correctly they can be too hard or too chewy.
Mallory’s Way: Heat oven at 425 degrees place wraps in tinfoil and bake for 25 - 30 min. (I start it when I wake up and by the time I am ready to go at the door they are done.)
Matt’s Way: He think my way is ridiculous lol so he *removes tinfoil* and puts his in the microwave 1 minute and then flip for 1 minute.
The only difference is my way always makes it warm throughout and his way well lets just say sometimes it doesn’t. So my way is better 💁🏼‍♀️😂
